Having worked in major corporates we know a little about the everyday work stresses and factors that can contribute to an individual feeling anxious or suffering with their own mental health.   Here at MalaMoon we are passionate about sharing what we have learnt.  We firmly believe we have a role to play in part of your wellness agenda.

How can we help?

  • Yoga Packages.  We offer a bespoke package of group yoga classes prior to work, over lunchtime or immediately after working hours.  Yoga is increasingly being used as a complementary therapy for many forms of mental health complaints.  We believe the power of connecting the mind and the body can help support a healthy and positive mental strength allowing the release of stress and anxiety.
  • Mindfulness workshops.  We can provide bespoke workshops that allow employees to take some time out of their days to focus on the present letting go of their to do lists and pausing for a moment of peace.  The workshops are interactive and can take a variety of different forms.  The duration and timing of such workshops is to be discussed.
  • Soon to come at MalaMoon we will be offering one on one counselling.   When this arm of the business is up and running we will be offering drop in days for a set number of hours.  You can book a day with our counsellor and allow your staff to drop in throughout the day to discuss any of their concerns to receive expert one on one guidance.
